B. Fernandes named Premier League Player of the Year

"Manchester United” leader Bruno Fernandes received a prestigious award for his last season.

At the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) awards, B. Fernandes was selected as the best player of the last season.

As usual, the Portuguese was voted the best for the 2025-2026 season by other players participating in the voting.

Before B. Fernandes, the best were Mohamed Salah, Phil Foden, and Erling Haaland.

In the last "Premier” League season, the 31-year-old attacking midfielder scored 9 goals and provided 21 assists, breaking Thierry Henry's record, while "Manchester United” finished in a high 3rd position after a tough start to the season.
