The Birmingham "Aston Villa" club will soon have a new midfielder.

As reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano, this team will be joined by João Gomes.

The former "Wolves" player will transfer to another English team for £38 million plus bonuses.

Additionally, the Brazilian will sign a long-term contract.

25-year-old João Gomes played for the "Wolves" team since 2023 and scored eight goals in over 130 matches.

In the past season, the midfielder played 41 matches.
