Ajax club dramatically qualified for the Conference League

The decisive match for qualification to the Conference League playoff took place in the Netherlands' Eredivisie championship.

Ajax from Amsterdam defeated Utrecht at home after a penalty shootout.

The regular time of the match, including extra time, ended with a score of 1:1.

In the 95th minute, the hosts were led forward by Davy Klaassen.

In the 105th minute, the score was equalized by Gijvai Zechlelis from the Utrecht team.

During the penalty shootout, Ajax was superior with a score of 4:3.

The decisive penalty was converted by Anton Gaaei for the winners.

Ajax had finished in fifth place in this Dutch championship.
