Bayern steamrolled RB Leipzig

In the clash of Bundesliga titans, there was a clear gulf in class.

Bayern Munich thrashed RB Leipzig 6–1.

Luis Díaz scored the opening goal in the 12th minute. Aleksandar Pavlović and Michael Olise found the net soon afterward.

In the 47th minute, Díaz scored again, with Harry Kane providing the assist. Five minutes later, Kane received an excellent pass from Nathaniel Brown, meaning he was directly involved in three goals in the victory.

Díaz completed his hat-trick in the 69th minute.

Andrija Maksimović scored a consolation goal for the visitors.

Following this victory, Bayern returned to the top of the Bundesliga, at least temporarily.
