Wealthy Jim Ratcliffe is certainly not the most popular person in Manchester.

It is reported that in the past few years, the co-owner of the "Man Utd" club significantly reduced the number of team staff.

As part of his proposed cost-cutting program, as many as 322 people were laid off.

This means the team lost 30% of its staff.

It is reported that the "Man Utd" commercial and media departments were hit the hardest – their staff numbers decreased by 45 and 44 percent, respectively.

The restructuring undertaken by "Man Utd" has sparked considerable discussion among fans.
