On Sunday, Madrid's Atletico won the first city derby of the season against Real.

After the match, Real representatives tried to shift all the focus onto questionable decisions made by the referees, but Atletico defender Cristian Romero emphasized that Atletico simply deserved the victory.

"Madrid is red and white. We cannot let them divert attention from that. We all deserved the three points."
