Celtic made a new offer for G. Gineitis

The Glasgow "Celtic" club continues to actively pursue Lithuania national team midfielder Gvidas Gineitis.

The Scottish champions have been interested for some time in the services of the 22-year-old "Torino" player, but the initial attempts to acquire the Lithuanian were unsuccessful.

However, "Celtic" remains undeterred, and well-known journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that on Monday the Scottish club made a new offer for G. Gineitis.

It is added that both clubs are continuing active negotiations regarding the Lithuanian's transfer.

Interestingly, G. Gineitis has started both "Torino" matches in the "Serie A" championship in the starting lineup so far.
