X. Alonso did not spare kind words for his current club 'Chelsea'

The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Xabi Alonso, commented more on his decision to join this team:

"Why the ‘aristocrats’ team? I love football, and Chelsea is one of the biggest clubs in the world.

I am very proud and have a lot of privilege to have this opportunity.

This is a team with great potential. Now the desire and goal is to have success.”

Xabi Alonso joined the Chelsea team in mid-May.
