"Manchester United” club has begun negotiations with the team captain Bruno Fernandes.

The 31-year-old Brazilian, who has broken the Premier League assists record this season, has a contract that still has a year left, but it includes an option to leave for £57 million this summer.

However, journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the "Red Devils” are not planning to lose their leader and have already started negotiations with him regarding his future in the team. It is reported that "United” are preparing to improve the Portuguese's contract conditions in order to keep him in the squad.

Additionally, it is noted that B. Fernandes’ services are of interest to at least a few clubs from Europe and Saudi Arabia, but "Man Utd” will do everything to ensure that the captain remains in the team.
