The London "Chelsea" team has welcomed another newcomer.

On Wednesday, the club officially announced the completion of Pep Chavarria's transfer.

For the 28-year-old full-back, the "aristocrats" paid a buyout clause of 19 million euros to "Rayo Vallecano."
