The publication AS reports that the 17-year-old "Bahia" forward has intrigued the "Man City" team.

It is written that the English club's scouts are closely monitoring the player's development and are already planning further steps.

"City Football Group" would like to bring the young man, who will soon reach adulthood, to Europe, where he could be loaned out and acclimatized at a lower league club, such as "Girona", "Troyes" or "Lommel".

However, it is still unclear whether the English will want to pay a huge transfer fee for Dellas - the player's contract includes a buyout clause of as much as 100 million euros.
