"Manchester City” will shake the transfer market once again.

Journalist David Ornstein reports that "City” has reached an agreement with "Chelsea” for the transfer of Enzo Fernández.

"Man City” will pay 125 million pounds for the 25-year-old Argentinian.

It is also noted that "Chelsea” wanted to receive 135 million for the midfielder, but eventually agreed to lower the price a bit.
