The Englishman, belonging to Man Utd, was loaned to the Barcelona team this season and scored 8 goals and provided 7 assists in 31 La Liga matches.

The player's loan agreement includes a buyout option of 30 million euros, but it seems that the Catalans will not take advantage of it.
