Barcelona club continues to explore the market for forwards, where it is necessary to acquire at least one new player.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that if the transfer of Julián Álvarez fails, Barcelona's attention would shift to Sporting striker Luis Suárez.

Luis Suárez was already close to a transfer to Fenerbahce this offseason, but the move ultimately did not happen.

In the last season of the Portuguese league, the 28-year-old Colombian scored no less than 28 goals and provided 6 assists.

With Sporting, the striker managed to secure 2nd place, and with the Colombia national team, he managed to reach the round of 16 in the World Cup. Unfortunately, Suárez was left "empty" there.
