A. Grimaldo will join the Atletico team

The Madrid "Atletico" club will soon be adding a new full-back.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, this team will be joined by Bayer Leverkusen player Alejandro Grimaldo.

The German team accepted a 20 million euro offer for this Spaniard.

An agreement was reached between both parties last week.

The contract will last until the summer of 2029.

30-year-old Alejandro Grimaldo has played for Bayer Leverkusen since 2023 and scored three goals in 145 matches.

Last season, the full-back found the net 14 times in 46 matches.
