Tottenham joins the battle for S. Tonali

Last season, barely surviving in the English Premier League, the Tottenham squad is demonstrating its ambitions.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the Spurs are ready to battle for one of Newcastle United's leaders, Sandro Tonali.

The 26-year-old Italian is also on the radars of Manchester City and London’s Arsenal.

However, Newcastle is not prepared to let go of one of their key midfielders easily and could ask for as much as £100 million for S. Tonali's release clause.
