Robin van Persie’s coaching tenure at Feyenoord has come to an end.

The Rotterdam club officially announced that they are parting ways with the Dutch football legend.

R. van Persie led Feyenoord for one season, during which the team managed to secure 2nd place in the Eredivisie and earn a spot in the Champions League.

The official statement claims that this was a "difficult decision.”
