Coventry buys Brighton goalkeeper for a hefty sum

“Brighton“ academy graduate Carl Rushworth will soon officially leave the club.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the 25-year-old Englishman has reached an agreement with “Coventry City“ club.

Last year, C. Rushworth was the best goalkeeper in the “Championship“, keeping the most “clean sheets“.

The transfer fee is set at 30 million pounds sterling, including bonuses. However, the “Coventry City“ club will pay this amount in installments.
