"Real" started negotiations for Rodri

Real Madrid is taking active steps to lure Spain national team captain Rodri.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the Spanish club has started negotiations with Manchester City.

So far, the negotiations are taking place verbally, and Real has not yet made an official offer.

It is said that Real could pay more than 50 million euros for the 30-year-old Spaniard.

Rodri's contract with City will expire next summer.
