Arsenal earns a ticket to the Champions League semifinals

London's Arsenal is heading to the UEFA Champions League final, not with the prettiest and most effective game.

In the return quarterfinal match, the Gunners played 0:0 against Lisbon's Sporting team. The overall series result was 1:0 in favor of the English.

In this match, both teams did not have too many chances – the goalkeepers had to work just once each.

Interestingly, the teams controlled the ball with equal percentages, while Arsenal took more shots.

For the second consecutive year, the Arsenal players playing in the Champions League semifinals will face off against Madrid's Atletico.
