Žalgiris player becomes Esports A League champion for the third time

On Sunday in Kaunas, at the "GG Arena," during the final four of the Lithuanian "Esports A League," our team's representative Domas "Domasas" Burba secured the title of Lithuanian champion for the third time. His excellent performance also guaranteed a spot in the UEFA eChampions League group stage in Manchester, where Domas will defend our country's honor.

Both the semifinals and the final were played in a best-of-three format.

In the first semifinal against the representative of Gargždai "Banga," D. Burba quickly took the lead with two fast goals in the early minutes of the match and did not let go of the advantage – he confidently won the first match with a score of 5:1.In the second semifinal match, the gameplay was similar – "Domasas" again gained an advantage quite quickly and, leaving no chances for his opponent, advanced to the grand final with a score of 6:0.

In the final, Burba faced the representative of Marijampolė "Sūduva," who had defeated a player from "Šiaulių FA." Once again, there were no surprises – winning the first and second matches with scores of 6:3 and 3:1, D. Burba claimed his third national champion title.

The UEFA eChampions League group stage in Manchester will take place from May 16 to 18.
