The Madrid "Real" club defeated Sevilla's "Real Betis" 5:1 in the Spanish championship.

Head coach Xabi Alonso praised the forward Goncalo Garcia, who achieved a "hat-trick":

"It was a dream match for G. Garcia and I am very happy for him.

Three of his goals at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium, in his first season with the first team... G. Garcia is incredible and an example for all academy players."
