Legendary Manchester United forward and commentator Wayne Rooney urged 16-year-old London Arsenal talent Max Dowman to enjoy the moments:

"Let him enjoy, let him go and express himself.

Mikel Arteta, the former Gunner player, will not let him step too far. But I think it’s important to enjoy this process.”

"So when we have such a young man who comes through at just 16 and has a lot of ability.

I hope Max Dowman can realize his full potential.”

Max Dowman scored the second goal in a victorious match with a score of 2:0 against Everton.
