Vilnius council member responded to bureaucratism from the indignant A. Avulis

The chairman of the board of the real estate company "Hanner," Arvydas Avulis, expressed his displeasure with "bureaucracy in Lithuania," which prompted a reaction from Vilnius City Council member Aleksandras Nemunaitis.

According to the politician, these factors did not previously hinder the businessman from building apartment buildings at the site of the former "Žalgiris" stadium in the capital.

A. Nemunaitis also reminded how buildings for non-residential purposes were constructed in Ozo Park and later sold as apartments.

"Hanner" aims to accomplish what seems nearly impossible - to successfully complete the development of the National Stadium project.
