Club purchased Lisbon "Sporting" right-back defender Joao Pereira for 3.6 million euros. The deal could increase by another half a million euros if the Spanish team succeeds in the Champions League.
"I am happy to have signed a contract with such a great team. Additionally, I will have the opportunity to prove myself in the competitive Spanish championship," said the member of the Portuguese national team.
The 28-year-old footballer has been included in the national team lineup for the European Championship starting in June.
