In the 34th minute, Jurrien Timber scored with a header after a corner. Just before the end of the half, Bukayo Saka also found the net. His shot proved unstoppable for Lucas Perrin.

The second half began with Viktor Gyokeres' run, which ended with his debut goal wearing "Arsenal" colors.
