Football fans are finally getting used to the format of the UEFA Champions League changed last year.

However, the Chilean company "MatchVision" claims that the European organization simply copied a brilliant idea.

It is said that this idea was patented back in 2006 and proposed to UEFA in 2013.

Over the past few years, the Chileans have actively promoted it during sports conferences, and similar models have been implemented in several countries.

It has been reported that a legal process is currently underway in Switzerland, and UEFA is being asked for a sum of £18 million.
