Famous European clubs are increasing pressure on UEFA.
According to "The Guardian," teams from the Old Continent are urging European football officials to expand player registrations in international tournaments.
Currently, for example, 25 players can be registered for the UEFA Champions League tournament, and it is requested that this number be increased to at least 28.
It is claimed that coaches with a larger selection of players will be able to rotate their line-ups more and thus avoid potential injuries.
