London's "Tottenham" and London’s "Chelsea" are trying to snatch attacking midfielder Xavi Simons from "RB Leipzig".

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the "Spurs" have already reached an agreement with the German club and are now actively negotiating with the Dutchman himself.
