The president of the Kaunas district club "Hegelmann" and shareholder of the "Hegelmann Group" company, Anton Hegelmann, participated in a meeting with representatives from Russia and Iran, reports the Lrt.lt portal.

According to the same source, the well-known businessman attended meetings in Russia on June 9 and June 17 of this year.

Representatives from Iran also participated in these meetings.

The businessman himself assures that he attended the meetings driven by personal rather than company interests.

It is added that discussions at these meetings were about potential investments in the development of the South Eurasian corridor.
