In the FIFA national team rankings published on Thursday, the Lithuanian team has dropped.
Edgaras Jankauskas's team lost two spots and fell to 145th place.
This means that our footballers are approaching their all-time low, when they were in 149th place. This happened in December 2017.
The most devoted Lithuanian national team fans can only nostalgically remember the achievement of 2008, when they climbed to a record 37th place.
Spain leads the FIFA rankings, surpassing France, Argentina, England, and Portugal.
