The England national team played a friendly match against Uruguay, ending in a 1:1 draw.

After the match, the head coach of the "Three Lions," Thomas Tuchel, along with players Harry Maguire and Jordan Henderson, commented on the booing directed at defender Ben White:

"This has happened before to some players here. It’s unfortunate, because I don’t think it helps anyone. It felt strange.

Something good happened when White scored a goal. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a winning one – that would have been too good.

In the end, he may have been too greedy defensively, but it shouldn’t have been a penalty."

Ben White was also supported by other players from the England national team.

He was being booed from the very moment he stepped onto the pitch.

Ben White has been playing for the "Three Lions" since 2021 and has appeared five times on the field.

The next match for the English team will be next Tuesday against the Japan national team.
