T. Müller bid farewell to Bayern

The Munich "Bayern" team's exit from the World Club Cup tournament also meant the team's farewell to legendary forward Thomas Muller.

It had already been announced that the 35-year-old German would leave the club as a free agent after the season.

Coach Vincent Kompany allowed the veteran to bid a dignified farewell to the team when he sent the player onto the field at the end of the 0:2 loss against PSG.

Having spent his entire career at the "Bayern" club, T. Muller has 13 Bundesliga champion titles, six domestic cups, and eight Supercups in his trophy collection.

In international tournaments, the player also did not leave empty-handed, having triumphed twice in the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and World Club Cup tournaments.
