New twist in the millions of euros scandal involving the lost "BaltCap" fund.

"Verslo žinių" journalist Evelina Povilaitytė reports that European delegated prosecutor Darius Karčinskas has decided to increase the temporary restriction on the assets of the Estonian gambling organization "OB Holding 1" ("Olybet Group").

From now on, this amount will reach 31.6 million euros, whereas a couple of months ago it was 5.17 million euros.

Šarūnas Stepukonis, the manager of the "BaltCap" fund that was supposed to build the National Stadium of Lithuania, is suspected of embezzling 42 million euros, of which 31 million was lost specifically to the Estonian casinos.
