The Lisbon "Sporting" team achieved an incredible result.

In the return match of the Champions League round of 16, the Portuguese defeated the "Bodø/Glimt" club 5-0 at home after extra time, avenging their 0-3 loss in the first leg in Norway.

After the match, statistics enthusiasts were treated to two pieces of news.

"Sporting" player Maxi Pereira became a Champions League record-holder, scoring the earliest goal in extra time (91:23 min).

Meanwhile, the Lisbon team made it onto an exclusive list of teams, as overturning a deficit of three or more goals in knockout rounds had only been achieved by five teams until now.
