Sky Sports' J. Carragher caught out for hypocritical remarks commenting on Salah situation

Former Liverpool defender and well-known football expert Jamie Carragher was somewhat caught lying live on air.

J. Carragher, along with Dave Jones and special guest, Tottenham midfielder James Maddison, hosted the traditional Monday Night Football show ahead of Monday's Premier League match.

The Englishman spoke quite broadly about the difficult situation of the Egyptian at Liverpool. Following that, there was a question to show host D. Jones.

"Have I ever criticized Mo Salah for things on the football pitch?" Carragher asked.

"Well, a few weeks ago you said he has nothing left in his legs," D. Jones didn't hesitate to respond.

Later, Carragher tried to explain that such a situation can happen to many football players, but the efforts of the Egyptian are not even worth questioning.
