Senegal does not give up: preparing to litigate in courts © scanpix

Senegal football officials are not planning to give up easily in the fight for the AFCON title.

The Africans lost a significant trophy when, after two months of deliberation, CAF decided to declare Morocco, another finalist, the tournament champion.

As reported by the general secretary of the Senegal FA, Abdoulaye Seydou Sow, all legal avenues will now be pursued to reclaim the AFCON title for his compatriots.

One of the solutions to the problem is to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland.

We remind you that the Senegalese were handed a loss of 0:3 due to their exit to the locker room in the final minutes of regular time.

However, the match continued and was concluded with a precise strike from Pape Gueye.
