While Lionel Messi shines at the World Cup, the attention of fans is also drawn to the extraordinary supporters of the football legend.

At least a few times during the Argentina and Austria match, a 100-year-old L. Messi superfan was shown.

The fan held up a sign that read: "100 years. I am an old Messi fan."

Argentina defeated Austria 2:0, and L. Messi scored a "double."
