Although Russian clubs are disqualified from UEFA competitions, clubs from this aggressive country continue to receive solidarity payments, reports the "Kyiv Independent".

It is reported that since the start of the war in Ukraine, UEFA has paid nearly 11 million euros in solidarity payments to Russian clubs.

Interestingly, during the same period, five Ukrainian clubs lost such payments, citing banking sanctions against clubs from this country.

Directors of Ukrainian clubs have appealed to UEFA to recover the lost payments.
