Real Madrid stumbled again in Spain

The Madrid "Real" team is experiencing a tough stretch in the "La Liga" championship.

The royal club was unable to overcome "Girona" away from home. The clubs shared the points – 1:1.

In the 42nd minute, Kylian Mbappe's goal was disallowed. During the goal phase, the Frenchman played with his hand, so VAR along with the match referee restored the equality and the goal was cancelled.

Shortly after, the players of the Girona team scored a goal. Azzedine Ounahi defeated Thibaut Courtois.

In the 67th minute, K. Mbappe scored from the penalty spot, and that was the last goal of the match.

"Real" is no longer the "La Liga" leaders for the first time in a long time. Right next to them are "Villarreal" and Madrid's "Atletico", while the first position is held by the "Barcelona" club, defending the title of Spanish champions.
