Netherlands national team coach Ronald Koeman is calmly awaiting this evening's World Cup qualifying match against Lithuania.
The "Oranje," playing at home, have already secured a place in the World Cup – before the last round they have a three-point lead and a 19-goal advantage over second-placed Poland.
"The situation cannot worsen, so we will be able to take the players' fatigue into account.
We want to play well, to demonstrate beautiful and goal-filled football," said R. Koeman.
According to him, Netherlands fans may see the debut of Feyenoord midfielder Luciano Valente and Strasbourg forward Emmanuel Emegha on the field.
"Yes, there is such a possibility.
And E. Emegha has already been chosen as captain at his club, which speaks volumes. He has a promising future ahead."
