Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund told the sports portal Daily Mail that he is highly motivated for the new season and to compete with new striker Bryan Mbeumo:

I am still very young, people sometimes forget that. I am still 22 years old.

I have learned a lot and I believe it shows in my game. So far, I look very good in this preseason... I want to stay in the ranks of Manchester United.

I have no issues with competition. It sharpens me.

I am more than ready. I am fresh, so I take everything I get. I think everything is fine with competition.
