Roberto De Zerbi after his first defeat at the helm of Tottenham (lost 0:2 against Sunderland) commented on the current situation at the club.
Tottenham has fallen into the relegation zone of the Premier League, but the team's coach sees more problems than just the performance on the field.
After the loss, R. De Zerbi said: "My main job isn't necessarily related to the field. These guys are good, and I feel for them. I can be a brother, a father... they don’t need a coach right now."
They don’t necessarily need to improve their football. They just need confidence. As soon as we are able to win a game, everything will change."
The London club is 2 points away from safety.
