R. Beniušis surpassed the 500 goals milestone

Legendary Lithuanian footballer Ričardas Beniušis has achieved an impressive milestone.

The 45-year-old footballer crossed the 500 career goals mark on Sunday.

In a second division A league match, representing the "Tauro B" team, R. Beniušis scored a "hat trick" and thus surpassed the long-sought boundary.

In total, the footballer has now scored 501 goals in his career.
