Official: Capdevila extends contract with "Villarreal"

The team's official website announced that defender Juan Capdevila has extended his contract with the club for another two years.

According to the new contract, the 32-year-old Spanish national team footballer has committed to remain in the ranks of the "submarines" until June 30, 2013.

The former left-back defender of La Coruna's "Deportivo" was linked with a move to Turin's "Juventus" team.
