Successfully returned to the Madrid Real club, coach José Mourinho is not planning to make concessions to the team's stars.

According to Talksport, the Portuguese has introduced strict order within the team – tightening the rules and outlining serious consequences for players who do not comply.

From now on, players will need to pay more attention to punctuality, training, recovery, and nutrition.

Under the new order, a player who is late for a scheduled training session will be immediately separated from the team and will work individually in the gym. Moreover, he will automatically be barred from participating in other team matches.

Players will not be penalized with financial fines for being late. José Mourinho believes that such a penalty would not have much impact on players who earn huge salaries. For example, forward Kylian Mbappé earns 600 thousand euros per week.

The coach has also tightened the requirements for players' rest. Players will be required to stay at the club's base and complete their assigned recovery programs there, rather than going elsewhere.

Additionally, players have been assigned a new nutrition program that they must adhere to, instead of choosing food based on personal preferences.
