The 47-year-old referee decided to end his career in professional refereeing.

"Refereeing at the elite level has been a great privilege, but at the same time, it is a lot of pressure and constant self-checking.

Anthony Taylor has officiated in the England Premier League since 2010.

Meanwhile, he has been able to officiate in FIFA matches since 2013.
