According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Portuguese player is open to a move to Manchester United as well as to Tottenham.

The Tottenham club showed interest in him last week, while the "Red Devils" attempted to finalize the deal earlier.

Now everything depends on West Ham United, with whom an agreement will need to be reached. They are seeking at least £85 million for the player.
