Attempts by wealthy Saudi Arabian clubs to lure Polish football star Robert Lewandowski have completely failed.

As reported by "Diario AS," the 37-year-old forward, who has previously not been keen on moving to the Middle East, has now made a final decision.

It is said that the player, who will become a free agent this summer, has halted discussions with the Arabs due to the unstable situation in the region.

Lewandowski is considering financially altered offers from Barcelona, as well as invitations from MLS league and Serie A teams.
