On Sunday, the London club announced that they are parting ways with Igor Tudor, who was supposed to lead the team until the end of the season.

Facing a battle for survival in the Premier League, the "Spurs" have begun the search for a new coach and already have a primary candidate for the position, but they have encountered one quite serious problem.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the "Tottenham" management wants to entrust the team's reins to Roberto De Zerbi, but the 46-year-old Italian would prefer to start work only in the summer.

Nevertheless, the "Tottenham" executives are looking to persuade the former "Brighton" strategist and hope that he will agree to take over the team’s reins this season.
